It is pouring rain outside, lots of thunder. This was our lunch conversation.

Aubrie: Mom, can you imagine if it were raining like this and we were eating our lunch and we didn't have a roof.

Mom: There are some kids that don't have a roof at their house because they don't have enough money. Isn't that sad.

Robbie: Do they ask Jesus what they should do?

Mom: I bet some do if they believe in Jesus.

Aubrie: I bet Jesus probably says "I'll just come help you!"

can you have too much fun in the summer?

Grahams--WE MISS YOU!!!! It sure was so fun to play and bbq with fun friends. Robbie was up bright and early perched at the window sill watching for them. It was really cute.

We got passes to our Children's museum and love going. Enjoying the sand table at the Children's museum with our friend Mary. Whenever we go to the museum we always have a pit stop at the Olympic Ring fountain in Centennial Park. It really is so much fun--especially on a hot day

Fourth of July Weekend!!!!
What fun uncles these kids have. Curt and Lindsay came our way for the 4th of July and stayed at our house and we LOVED it. The kids couldn't wait to wake up in the morning and see them and we loved hanging out together every night till late after the kids were in bed. This was when they had their band in the living room, that turned into a dance. (Jack, Brixton and Beck--this is what you have to look forward to :))
C&L and us went to Bama for the actual 4th to stay with Carl and Courtney and it was a party--as always. C&C are way too much fun. We went to Alabama Adventure for the day and it was a blast. We took the kids on all the slides we were allowed to and then some. The adults took turns watching kids while we went on different rides. I ended the night by going on the ferris wheel with Aub and Rob when it was getting dark and about had a panic attack (I think I MIGHT be afraid of heights--didnt know that). After a few minutes being up there I was okay and enjoyed it.
This was our favorite slide. You get going pretty fast down the tube part and it shoots you into the funnel and you spin around till you plop out the bottom (think of those machines you put a penny into and watch it spin and spin till it drops down the funnel).
July 3rd we went to Stone Mountain and hiked and then had a yummy dinner on the "Great Lawn" and watched a fantastic laser light show and fireworks.
I love this cute little boy--Ande. Curt is a pretty great dad and Lindsay couldn't be a better mom. Fun to get to know this little guy better--lovin' those cheeks.
Robbie watching the fireworks with "cool" uncle carl! (Carl was over on the wall by himself and i watched Robbie gather his things, walk over and climb up next to him to be by him and drink soda. Pretty cute!)

And lastly....we biked over to the farmers market in our town and bought some tomatoes (ours are slow growing and we aren't patient to wait) and lemon cucumbers, made some bread and had a DELICIOUS lunch. Anna-style.

I LOVE SUMMER!!!

The devil made me do it...

that being Ryan :)

I could barely do it. I loved Robbie's mop on his head--it'll grow back for winter though.

As I was cutting his hair outside 2 *firetrucks and an ambulance pulled up next door providing PLENTY of entertainment for the entire haircut. However after being bent over cleaning up all of the hair on the ground, I looked up to this...

*not sure what was going on
